Encapsulation
& control

Professional encapsulation in gelatin or vegetable capsules, with automatic weight control and visual inspection per batch. Consistent dosing, suitable for both small and large volumes.

  • Vegetable HPMC capsules (vegan, standard)
  • Gelatin capsules (bovine or porcine, on request)
  • Sizes: 000, 00EL, 00, 0 and 1
  • Transparent as standard, other colors on request

Filling &
packaging

Automated filling of capsules, tablets or softgels into jars. A fully automated and hygienic process. Access to the production area is via a central airlock, and each production room has its own air filter. Includes induction sealing, neck sleeve and per-unit quality control.

Powder
filling

Accurate and automated filling of powder blends into jars with an accuracy of maximum ±1% per jar. Each jar is individually weighed and checked, followed by induction sealing and printing of batch code and best-before date.
