Our production facility on Edisonstraat in Oldenzaal was designed from day one for dietary supplement production. Box-in-box construction, separated rooms and strict hygiene routines.

Craftsmanship in Oldenzaal

The building on Edisonstraat was purpose-built for dietary supplement manufacturing from day one. A rectangular layout, all workspaces on the ground floor and straight walking lines make production efficient and easy to maintain.

The building height allows air ventilation and easy maintenance thanks to a box-in-box construction. Dust extraction takes place outside the clean rooms. The spacious corridor provides ample room for incoming and outgoing logistics.

The layout

Four production rooms

Each process has its own room, with tailored climate control and hygiene routines. Cross-contamination is prevented at the source.

Mixing room

Space for weighing and mixing raw materials into homogeneous powder blends. Equipped with extraction and dedicated cleaning routine to prevent cross-contamination.

Encapsulation room

Encapsulation in HPMC or gelatin capsules with climate control for consistent filling.

Filling room

Accessed via the central production airlock, dedicated air filter in this room. Capsules, tablets and softgels are filled into jars here, followed by induction sealing and printing.

Powder filling room

Separate room for filling powders into jars. Each jar is individually weighed and checked before the induction seal is placed.

Hygiene & safety

Secured through routines

Personal hygiene

Gloves, overcoat and hair covering required in production rooms. No jewelry.

Cleaning protocol

Before and after each production a cleaning procedure runs per validated protocol. With allergen production additionally validated via protein test.

Climate control

Air conditioning in all production rooms. Dust extraction outside the clean rooms to prevent cross-contamination.

Glass & hard plastic

No glass in production rooms. Hard plastic is registered and periodically inspected for damage per documented procedure.

Pest management

Preventive management by a certified external partner. Periodic inspection and monitoring per a defined plan.

Maintenance & calibration

Documented maintenance schedule for all equipment. Compressor with external filter and dryer, serviced annually by a specialized supplier.

Logistics & capacity

Ready for growth

Spacious warehouse with racking and separate inbound and outbound routes. Next to the loading/unloading entrance two dedicated racks for outbound goods waiting area, so products can ship quickly after release.
