Our production facility on Edisonstraat in Oldenzaal was designed from day one for dietary supplement production. Box-in-box construction, separated rooms and strict hygiene routines.
The building on Edisonstraat was purpose-built for dietary supplement manufacturing from day one. A rectangular layout, all workspaces on the ground floor and straight walking lines make production efficient and easy to maintain.
The building height allows air ventilation and easy maintenance thanks to a box-in-box construction. Dust extraction takes place outside the clean rooms. The spacious corridor provides ample room for incoming and outgoing logistics.
Plan a tourNot one room per process, but several separate production rooms. Mixing, encapsulation and powder filling each have more than one, so orders can run side by side without sharing equipment or space. Every room is self-contained and gets its own cleaning and release check between two orders.
Spacious warehouse with racking and separate inbound and outbound routes. Next to the loading/unloading entrance two dedicated racks for outbound goods waiting area, so products can ship quickly after release.
