Process

From request
to delivery.

A clear and transparent process in four steps — you always know exactly where your product stands.

The process

Four steps

01

Intake & advice

You reach out via our contact form, email or phone. We discuss your product, formula, packaging and volume. No final formula yet? We're happy to think along.

  • No-obligation introductory call
  • Review of product specifications and formula
  • Advice on packaging choice and dosage forms
  • Explanation of certification requirements (FSSC 22000, SKAL)
  • NDA signed in advance on request
02

Tailored quote

Based on the intake we prepare a detailed quote with a clear overview of cost, lead time and planning. No hidden costs. Raw materials and packaging are typically supplied by the customer. If your formula requires excipients, we provide them from our own certified stock.

  • Price per unit and per batch
  • Indicative lead time
  • Clear agreements on material supply
  • Response to your request within one working day
03

Production & quality control

After approval we get to work in our FSSC 22000 certified facility. The four-eyes principle applies to every incoming inspection and release, and the allergen approach is validated via a protein test.

  • Mixing, encapsulation or filling per your specifications
  • In-process quality checks on weight and appearance
  • Final inspection of fill weight, composition and packaging
  • Fully traceable through lot documentation
  • External analyses by ISO 17025 certified lab on request
04

Packaging & delivery

After production your product is packaged, labeled and made ready for shipping. We deliver to your preferred location or arrange pickup by agreement.

  • Labeling with your artwork
  • Lot and best-before dating
  • Optional display box per jar, shipping boxes for transport
  • Delivery to your preferred location, pickup by agreement
  • Documentation and certificates included on request

Frequently asked questions

Questions about our process

Is there a minimum batch size?
No. We work without minimum batch size. Whether you want a test batch of a few dozen jars or a large run, we can help. This makes us particularly suited to emerging brands and pilot projects.
How long is the lead time?
We aim for a lead time of typically 3 to 5 weeks after quote approval and delivery of all materials. The exact time depends on volume and product complexity. The quote always includes a specific estimate.
Who supplies the raw materials and packaging?
In most cases the customer supplies the raw materials and packaging. If your formula requires excipients (such as fillers or anti-caking agents), we can supply them from our own certified stock. We handle the full production and packaging process and are happy to suggest suitable suppliers.
Can you also produce organic supplements?
Yes. We are SKAL certified and authorized to produce organic products under that seal. Ask about the specific options for your case.
Which capsule options are available?
Vegetable HPMC capsules (vegan, standard) and gelatin capsules (bovine or porcine, on request), in sizes 000, 00EL, 00, 0 and 1. Transparent as standard; other colors on request.
How do you handle allergens?
Allergens are processed according to a defined protocol. After producing an allergen the production line is fully cleaned, validated via a protein test. Only after a clean result is the line released for the next product.
How do you ensure traceability?
Every batch is fully traceable per lot, from raw material to filled end product. Lot, best-before and batch code printing happens during filling. We periodically run a traceability test to validate the procedure.
Can I receive certificates and analyses?
Yes. FSSC 22000 and SKAL certificates are available via the footer of this site. Per batch we can provide product specifications, analysis results and declarations of conformity on request.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request we sign a non-disclosure agreement in advance. Your formulas and specifications remain your property. We use them solely to fulfill your order.
Do you work with international customers?
Yes. We produce for brands inside and outside the Netherlands. The website is available in Dutch, German and English, and we provide documentation in the desired language.
Do you deliver the product?
Yes, delivery to your preferred location is possible. Pickup from Oldenzaal is also possible, by agreement.
How quickly will I get a response?
We typically respond within one working day to requests via form, email or phone.
